Bhubaneswar: For the second consecutive day, Odisha reported record COVID-19 recoveries with another 2519 positive patients recuperating from the disease in the past 24 hours.
A record 2129 COVID-19 patients had recovered in Odisha yesterday. It is for the second consecutive day that the State posted over 2000-plus COVID-19 recoveries.
On August 21, the State had reported highest single-day COVID-19 recoveries with 1927 positives recuperating from the coronavirus infection.
As per the Health and Family Welfare Department, a highest of 428 COVID-19 positives recovered from Khordha, 276 from Balasore, 237 from Ganjam, 152 from Cuttack, 144 from Rayagada, 140 from Bhadrak and 138 from Sundergarh districts.
