Bhubaneswar: The COVID-19 graph in Odisha continues upward trend with the State reporting 1,341 new cases in the last 24 hours pushing the tally to 48,796. The State conducted the highest 23,035 sample tests taking the cumulative test count to 6,92,301.
Of the new cases, 818 were detected from quarantine centres, while 523 were local contacts.
According to Information and Public Relations department, Ganjam reported the highest 227 cases followed by Khordha (218), Sundargarh (91), Bhadrak (83), Cuttack (76) and Rayagard (75).
