Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) on Thursday extended dates for online registration, payment of fee for the upcoming Odisha Civil Services Examination (OCS), 2020 .
In the official notification, OPSC said, “In view of the technical glitches resulting in many aspiring candidates expressing difficulty to make submission of their forms and as per advice of the technical team, the Commission has ordered to extend the last date of registration and online payment of fee.”
The last date of registration and online payment of fee has been extended from 11.02.2021 to 22.02.2021 and last date of online submission from 18.02.2021 to 02.03.2021, the notification read.
Earlier, Leader of Opposition Pradipta Naik had written a letter to Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik to relax the age limit for aspirants of the Odisha Civil Services Examination (OCS) 2020.
In a letter, Naik has requested Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik to relax the age limit and allow the candidates, who had appeared the OCS Examinations 2011, 2015, 2016 and 2017, to appear the OCS Exam 2020.
