Bhubaneswar: Odisha Lokpal Justice P K Patra on Thursday submitted an independent report under section 12 (5) on the land acquisition process of Vedanta University by the Anil Agarwal Foundation.
As per the report, since the state government has not complied with the instructions laid down by the Lokpal in a report earlier, the Governor should take appropriate steps as he is the constitutional head of the state.
