Huge Haul Of Ganja Worth Over Rs 1.5 Crore Seized In Koraput  

Lamtaput: Intensifying crackdown on ganja smuggling, Koraput police on Saturday seized more than 13 quintals of the contraband during raids at two places in the district.

According to sources, the market value of the seized Ganja is around Rs 1.5 crore.

The Machakunda police seized more than eight quintals of Ganja inside a closed house near Hanumal area along Koraput-Malkangiri border, while five quintal of the contraband was seized from a van from Padua area on Andhra Pradesh border, sources added.
