Bhubaneswar: The city bus service resumed on Friday after the employees called off their strike following discussions with Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation Mayor Ananth Narayan Jena who assured to fulfill the demands of the striking workers.
The Mayor today had discussions with the workers regarding irregularities in payment, overtime work and permanence of their jobs.
Around 200 employees of Dream Team Sahara (DTS) continued their agitation after the second phase discussions between the employees and the officials of DTS failed yesterday.
