India so far has reported over 3.80 lakh confirmed COVID-19 cases, 13,586 new infections in the last 24 hours, with an overall recovery count above 2 lakh. The trend is changing, and so are the COVID figures. The national recovery rate has touched 53.79%, up from 38.29% on May 18, while over 20 States have been able to manage the SARS-CoV-2 a tad better than the country’s average.

It is important to mention that the cure rate of a State depends on a number of parameters such as the count of patients in a hospital and their duration of stay, etc. Subsequently, with their timely discharge the cure rate is also likely to rise, predict experts.
