Bhubaneswar:The government today constituted a high level committee headed by the finance secretary to study the hike in mines royalty. The committe in consultation with experts would submit its report to the government within a month.
Disclosing this, the state chief secretary Bijoy Pattanaik told media persons that secretaries of the steel and mines departments would function as memebers of the committee.
