Car Falls Into Drain In Bhubaneswar, Govt Official Injured

Bhubaneswar: A government official sustained critical injuries after the car he was travelling fell into a trench dug for the construction of a drain in Bhubaneswar.

The incident occurred between the stretch of Capital Hospital and AG square chhak in the afternoon.

Though the exact reason behind the accident is still unclear, the injured man has been shifted to Capital hospital in a critical condition.

Eye-witnesses say that though temporary barricades were installed at the spot, it could not prevent the car falling into the ditch.

Meanwhile, police have started investigation into the incident.
