AUTISM

'If they cannot learn what we teach, let’s teach them the way they learn.' The World has united to celebrate the diversity. On April 2, the World Autism Awareness Day was observed to create awareness about autistic persons and acceptance of their presence.

While a normal baby smiles if someone looks at him/her, tries to mingle or creates sounds to get attention, an autism-affected baby does not show that kind of response. Autistic persons also lack non-verbal communication skills, do not gesture or share what they feel about a situation.
