IGNOU admissions 2017: Deadline extended!

Bhubaneswar/New Delhi: The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has extended the last date for admission to the July 2017 session to masters and bachelor’s degree, including diploma, PG diploma programmes and semester-based programmes, to August 18.

Earlier, the last date for filing admission forms for was July 31.

HT quoted head of IGNOU's e-support department, VP Rupam as saying: “Due to heavy traffic on the online admission server, the system response is slow. As a result, many applicants willing to apply for admission are unable to apply.”

Students can fill the admission forms online at: onlineadmission.ignou.ac.in/admission

Meanwhile, August 18 is also the last date for admissions to BCom (CA and A) and MCom (BP and CG), BCom (A and F) and MCom (F and T), BCom (F and CA) and MCom (MA and FS) programmes.
