Bhubaneswar: Accepting BJD's challenge for an open debate on the State government's achievements and Central assistance, the State unit of BJP today set certain conditions for the regional party.

"We are ready to debate with BJD on Amit Shah's claim of Rs 4,000 crore central supports and State government achievements. But, we have two conditions before them. First, CM Naveen Patnaik should come forward for debate with Union Minister and BJP leader Dharmendra Pradhan. Second, Naveen should speak in Odia so that 4.5 crore people of the State can watch and understand," BJP State general secretary Prithviraj Harichandan said at a press meet here.
