Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Cabinet is expected to approve six proposals, including one to amend Odisha Excise Policy- 2008, today.
Official sources said, the Cabinet will discuss proposals sent by six departments, including Higher Education, Commerce and Transport, Law, Excise, SC/ST Development and Finance.
Proposals to increase grant-in-aid to Sanskrit tolls, amendment to service rules for teachers under SC/ST Development department and amendment to Group-B rules of Odisha Revenue Service (ORS) are likely to get Cabinet nod.
Proposals to amend Rules of Odisha Superior Judicial Service and Odisha Judicial Service are also likely to get Cabinet approval, the sources added.
