Bhubaneswar: A day after the office of Bhubaneswar MP Aparajita Sarangi was sealed by the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) over alleged violation of Covid-19 norms, another complaint was filed against her for a similar offence at Bolgarh police station on Sunday.

One Raimohan Patnaik has lodged the complaint alleging that the parliamentarian violated the COVID-19 norms during BJP's 'Mishran Parva' organised at Patapur of Begunia block on Saturday.

The complainant alleged that hundreds of people had not worn masks while attending the event.

The BMC on Saturday sealed Sarangi's office in Palaspalli area in the capital city for 15 days where her birthday function was organised amid the pandemic. It was alleged that MP had violated the Covid norms during the celebration.
