Pravin Dhoran allegedly sexually abused the victim after luring her to his house on Monday, they said.
Dhoran was booked under sections 376 of IPC (rape) and 506 (punishment for criminal intimidation) after the victim's mother lodged a police complaint against him.
In a separate incident, an 18-year-old girl was allegedly molested at her house in Ridhora village by an accused from her village.
A case has been registered under relevant section of IPC, police said.
