Releasing the logo and borcuhre for the event here on Thursday evening, Kerala Health Minister Adoor Prakash said though Ayurveda had been recognized the world over and its global potential remained to be tapped fully. Centre for Innovation in Science and Social Action (CISSA) is organising the event in partnership with the state Ayurveda Department.
Besides presentation of papers and deliberations by Ayurveda experts, the six-day event would also arrange clinics run by renowned practitioners and meet of Ayurveda students. An exhibition displaying the latest in the research and development in ayurveda, medicinal plants and herbal products, Ayurveda food fete and discussions on current industry practices and regulatory mechanisms will be some of the key features of the festival to be conducted at the Kanakakunnu Palace grounds in the city.
