Several parts of Odisha including the Twin Cities of Cuttack and Bhubaneswar are likely to experience rainfall activity on Sunday. As per India Meteorological Department (IMD), many regions of the State will experience moderate rainfall and thunderstorm activities till October 22, 2021.
The Met Department has also issued heavy rainfall warning for several Odisha districts like Sundargarh, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Balasore, Bhadrak, Kendrapara and Jagatsinghpur in the next 24 hours.
“The Low Pressure Area over north Telangana & neighbourhood with the associated cyclonic circulation extending upto 5.8 km above mean sea level tilting southwestwards with height persists,” the weather agency said in a bulletin.
