The India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Sunday predicted increase in rainfall activities in Odisha from September 18 under the influence of the cyclonic circulation over Bay of Bengal (BoB).

On Sunday, since early morning, several parts of Odisha including Khordha, Cuttack, Kendrapara, Jagatsinghpur, Puri and Ganjam witnessed light to moderate rainfall. As per IMD’s Regional Centre in Bhubaneswar, several parts of the state will experience heavy rainfall activities today.
