Pakistani paraglider crash-lands straight on chief guest after air show! Watch

Paragliding is one of the most recreational and competitive flying sports that has garnered immense popularity among youths across the world. The rush of excitement that runs through the paragliders from the moment they take off is like no other. Meanwhile, witnessing paragliding air shows can be a thrilling experience. Seeing the professional paragliders flying high in the air and gliding effortlessly with their colourful wings is undeniably mesmerising. Given the immense popularity of paragliding, it is included in different national and international events. 

Recently, an old video has resurfaced that shows a shocking incident of a Pakistani paraglider crash-landing directly on the chief guest of the event.

After Thrilling Air Show, Pakistani Paraglider Lands Straight on Chief Guest

In the viral video, the paraglider can be seen flying in the sky. The paraglider made a dramatic entry at the event with a trail of blue and red smoke. The crowd and guests seem to be enthralled as they can be heard applauding and cheering for him. However, the paraglider probably miscalculated the landing time and speed. Instead of landing on the open field, he crash-landed on the first row of the seats where the chief guest was sitting. 

Though the paraglider crash-landed on the chief guest, it seems that no one got injured. The people standing around the chief guest cleared the place immediately.

Reportedly, the daring air show was a part of an event in Pakistan to celebrate Gilgit-Baltistan's 76th Independence Day in November 2023.

While the origin of the video couldn't be traced, it was shared on X by Rosy and has gone viral.
