Generally, people vent their anger by thrashing a thief when caught red-handed. However, have you ever seen or heard of people forcing a thief to dance after giving a good thrashing? Recently, a video surfaced on social media that shows a thief dancing to the beats of music 'on public demand'.

In the video, the thief can be seen dancing to the beats of a Bhojpuri song while being surrounded by a crowd. People in the crowd can be seen holding wooden logs and enjoying the dance by the thief.

As the scroll in the video reads, "Public beats thief who snatched gold chain, forces him to dance before letting him go." (sic)

As claimed, the thief got beaten by the crowd and forced to dance to song and the incident took place somewhere in the NCR region.

While the source of the video couldn't be verified, it is shared on X (formerly Twitter) by Ghar Ke Kalesh. The video has amassed over 318K views and is liked by over 7.8K users. Even the comments section is flooded with hilarious comments.

However, a few other users also criticised such an act of thrashing the thief and making him dance by taking the law into their hands.
