Rare and captivating visuals occur in forests where animal interactions are not always about fierceness. Instead, they often involve in playful activities, enjoying their time in the wild. These visuals are captivating, as they also reveal the more adorable side of nature.
Recently, one such heartwarming video went viral on social media. Parveen Kaswan, an Indian Forest Service (IFS) officer, shared a video featuring two baby elephants engaging in a friendly tussle.
The video is set in a large forest area, where one slightly larger baby elephant playfully asserts itself over its younger companion.
However, just when it seemed the play might escalate into something more serious, the adult elephants from their herd stepped in. They quickly intervened, forming a protective barrier around the younger calf.
In the video's caption, the IFS officer humorously remarked, "When cousins fight, the elders have to step in."
As the video gained popularity on social media, it garnered 270K views and received numerous likes. Many people commented on the video, expressing their admiration.
One user said, "I wish I could go and hug them all and play with them. They are truly magnificent and divine."
Another user playfully noted, "These little ones are just like us - first, they tease and have fun, and then, if we join in, they run away to complain."
Other comments included: "So cute," "Wow," and "A great moment," reflecting the sentiment of those who watched the video.
