Something similar was seen on the streets of Nagpur recently.

Suraj, a specially-abled street food vendor, was recently spotted in Nagpur selling samosas while sitting on a wheelchair. He speaks English, always remains polite to his customers and pursues his dream of becoming an IAS officer.
