Former Indian cricket team captain Virat Kohli on Tuesday revealed that Anushka Sharma gave birth to their son on February 15. The cricketer further said that they have named him Akaay.
Virat took to social media to make the announcement. "With abundant happiness and our hearts full of love, we are pleased to inform everyone that on 15th February, we welcomed our baby boy Akaay & Vamika's little brother into this world. We seek your blessings and good wishes in this beautiful time in our lives. We request you to kindly respect our privacy at this time. Love & Gratitude Virat & Anushka," wrote Virat.
Soon after the announcement, some fans took to X to share a picture of Virat walking on the streets of London while claiming that Anushka and Virat were in London and for some personal reasons, they announced the good news a bit late.
However, the Internet has gone berserk following the announcement of the arrival of Junior Kohli. Fans have been trending 'Akaay' on social media since this morning.
