The long-awaited Xiaomi 14 Ultra has finally been launched in the Chinese market, and it is expected to hit the global market soon, according to the official report.

The Xiaomi 14 Ultra features an impressive 6.73-inch OLED LTPO display with a stunning 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 3000nits.

It is shielded by Shield Glass, which is claimed to be ten times stronger than regular glass.


Under the hood, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra runs on the powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, paired with a massive 16GB of RAM and offers storage options of up to 1TB.

It comes in three storage variants: 12GB + 256GB, 16GB + 512GB, and 16GB + 1TB.

Running on Xiaomi's HyperOS, based on the latest Android 14 version, the device promises a smooth and user-friendly experience.


Xiaomi has equipped the 14 Ultra with a quad-camera setup, featuring a 50-MP Sony LYT900 primary sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS), along with two 50MP Sony IMX858 sensors, one with 3.2x optical and the other with 5x optical zoom. 

The fourth 50-megapixel sensor is paired with an ultra-wide-angle lens.

The front camera boasts a 32MP sensor.


To support its features, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra comes with a robust 5300mAh battery.

It supports 90W fast charging for quick power-ups and offers an 80W wireless charging option for added convenience.

Price in India

In India, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra starts at around Rs. 74,800 for the 12GB + 256GB variant.

The 16GB + 512GB and 16GB + 1TB variants are priced at approximately Rs. 80,600 and Rs. 89,800, respectively. 

The smartphone is available in three color variants: black, blue, and white.
