The highly anticipated Xiaomi 14 Ultra has finally arrived in India with Ultra variant for the first time.

The Xiaomi 14 Ultra boasts a 6.73-inch LTPO AMOLED micro-curved display with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate.


Powering the Xiaomi 14 Ultra is an octa-core Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. It runs on the Android 14-based HyperOS and supports 5G connectivity.


Available in a single variant, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra offers 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.


Featuring a quad-camera setup, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra includes a 50 MP Sony LYT900 primary camera with optical image stabilization (OIS).

Additionally, there are two 50 MP Sony IMX858 sensors offering 3.2x and 5x optical zoom, respectively.

The fourth camera is a 50 MP ultra-wide lens, ensuring high-quality photo and video capture. On the front, there's a 32 MP camera for selfies and video calls.


The Xiaomi 14 Ultra is equipped with a 5,000mAh battery and supports 90W wired charging, 80W wireless charging, and 10W reverse wireless charging.

With the 90W wired charger, the company claims a full charge in just 33 minutes, while the 80W wireless charger achieves the same in 46 minutes.

Priced at Rs. 99,999, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra is available in Black and White color options.
