The Xiaomi 14 Ultra boasts a 6.73-inch LTPO AMOLED micro-curved display with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate.

Powering the Xiaomi 14 Ultra is an octa-core Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. It runs on the Android 14-based HyperOS and supports 5G connectivity.

Available in a single variant, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra offers 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.

Camera

Featuring a quad-camera setup, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra includes a 50 MP Sony LYT900 primary camera with optical image stabilization (OIS).
