Vivo, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer, has expanded its foldable smartphone lineup by launching its first clamshell foldable, the Vivo X Flip.

The device boasts an array of features, including a foldable AMOLED screen, a powerful processor, dual SIM support, and an impressive camera setup. 

Display:

The Vivo X Flip features a foldable 6.74-inch AMOLED screen that uses Ultra-Thin Glass (UTG) with an invisible crease, resulting in a seamless viewing experience.

The display also boasts a 120Hz refresh rate, ensuring that everything from scrolling through social media to playing games feels buttery smooth.

Processor:

The Vivo X Flip runs on Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 (4 nm) chipset, coupled with Adreno 730 GPU.
The processor is paired with 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and 128GB/256GB UFS 3.1 storage.

The X Flip runs OriginOS 3 on top of Android 13 out-of-the-box, making it a powerful device that can handle all your everyday needs with ease.

Storage and Features:

The Vivo X Flip comes in two variants - 256GB internal storage with 12GB RAM and 512GB internal storage with 12GB RAM.

The phone has dual SIM support with both SIMs being nano-sized. The device also features a fingerprint sensor and other standard features.

Camera:

The camera setup on the X Flip is quite impressive, featuring a 50MP Sony IMX866V sensor with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), as well as a 12MP ultrawide camera.

In addition, the phone is equipped with a Zeiss T* coating lens, which ensures that your photos come out sharp and vibrant.

To top it off, the device also boasts a 32MP front-facing camera, perfect for taking stunning selfies.

Battery:

The Vivo X Flip packs a 4400mAh battery with support for 44W fast charging, allowing you to juice up your phone quickly.

Price in India:

The Vivo X Flip is priced at around Rs. 71,640 in India and is available for pre-order.

The device will be available for sale in China starting on April 28th, but there is currently no information available on whether or not it will launch in India, or when that might happen.
