Vivo recently launched the Vivo G2, its latest budget smartphone globally. Let's explore its features, including the display, camera, performance, and price in India.


The smartphone boasts a 6.56-inch LCD screen with a smooth 90Hz refresh rate and an impressive 89.67 percent screen-to-body ratio.


Running on Android 13-based OriginOS 3, the Vivo G2 is powered by MediaTek's Dimensity 6020 processor.

It comes in four storage variations - 4GB RAM with 128GB, 6GB RAM with 128GB, and 8GB RAM with 128GB. There's also an 8GB RAM with 256GB option, offering a range of choices for consumers.


The Vivo G2 features a 13-megapixel rear camera with an f/2.2 aperture and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with an f/2.8 aperture, suitable for video calls and selfies.


Equipped with a 5,000mAh battery, the Vivo G2 supports 15W charging.

Additionally, it features a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for secure biometric authentication.

Price in India

For the 4GB RAM and 128GB storage variant, the approximate price is Rs 14,000.

The 6GB RAM and 128GB variant are priced at around Rs 17,000, while the 8GB RAM and 128GB variant costs approximately Rs 18,000.

The top-tier 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant are priced at around Rs 22,500 in the Indian market.
