Follow these simple steps to view your Weekly Summary and track the running total of various metrics, such as steps and calories:

  1. Simply touch the Activity rings displayed on your Apple Watch.
  2. Ensure that you are on the Activity screen and not on the Sharing screen.
  3. Please scroll past the rings and graphs and navigate to the bottom of the screen.
  4. You will see Weekly Summary above Change Goals.
  5. Tap on Weekly Summary, and you will see all the metric totals as you scroll.
