Google Pixel 9 series Smartphone prices leaked ahead of launch: which device costs how much?
Google is gearing up to host its largest annual event on August 13, where it will unveil the Pixel 9 series, the most anticipated smartphones in the Google lineup.
This launch introduces the Pixel 9, Pixel 9 Pro, Pixel 9 Pro XL, and Pixel 9 Pro Fold, marking Google's biggest Pixel release yet.
Ahead of the launch, leaks from tipsters in France have revealed various options and colours for the Pixel 9 series, along with rumoured prices, according to reports from Times Now.
The Pixel 9 will come in Obsidian (black), Porcelain (white), Cosmo (pink-ish), and Mojito (green-ish), starting at approximately Rs. 81,599 for the 128GB storage variant and around Rs. 90,799 for the 256GB variant in India.
The Pixel 9 Pro, similar in size to the Pixel 9 but featuring more cameras, is expected to start at about Rs. 99,999 for the 128GB model, Rs. 108,879 for the 256GB model, and Rs. 120,699 for the 512GB model in India.
The Pro version will be available in Obsidian and Hazel colors for the highest storage option, while other variants will also include Porcelain and Pink (likely Cosmo).
The Pixel 9 Pro XL, a larger successor to the Pixel 8 Pro, is anticipated to start at approximately Rs. 108,899 for the 128GB model, Rs. 117,960 for the 256GB model, Rs. 129,799 for the 512GB model, and Rs. 153,599 for the 1TB model. The 1TB version will only be available in Obsidian.
The 128GB and 512GB models will come in Obsidian, Porcelain, and Hazel, while the 256GB variant will also include Pink, along with the Pixel 9 Pro Fold, which is expected to have a higher price.
It is important to note that these prices are not officially confirmed for the Pixel 9 series, as Google has not made any official statements yet. Users will likely find out the exact prices during the Google event on August 13.
