Sarfaraz Khan
Diminutive batsman Sarfaraz Khan was dropped from the team for the upcoming Test series against host England set to begin from June 20. However, the 27-year-old has continued his good form as he recently scored 92 in the first unofficial Test against England Lions.
Meanwhile, former India off-spinner Harbhajan Singh has suggested Sarfaraz to learn from Karun Nair after his team India snub.
Bhajji (as Harbhajan is popularly known) urged Sarfaraz to learn from Karun Nair, who made a stunning comeback in the Indian team after seven years on the back of solid performances in the domestic circuit.

"Sarfaraz's exclusion from the Indian team is very unfortunate, I was a bit shocked not seeing his name in the squad. I’m sure he will come back stronger. He has got that will to make a comeback. All I can say is, don’t be disheartened, you will get your due, if not today, then tomorrow. Look at Karun Nair. He scored 300 runs against England and then never got too many opportunities. Now he is back in England with the team," said Harbhajan in a recent interaction.
Notably, Sarfaraz has garnered a total of 371 runs by playing six Tests for India so far at an average of 37.10. His performance includes a memorable 150 in the second innings of the Bengaluru Test against New Zealand last year.
