Meanwhile, a throwback video of MS Dhoni is going viral where the star player can be seen breaking down in tears as he narrates the tough times of his franchise. The team was banned from IPL for two years for alleged spot fixing.

“The two years that we were not in IPL, our fans stood by us and our fan following actually increased. That was the tough time and I feel I was waiting for the right time for all of us coming together as a franchise that is known for cricket,” MS Dhoni says in the video.

The legendary cricketer tries to control his tears and drinks water as he gets emotional on stage.
