Mohammed Shami and Sania Mirza's 'marriage': Cricketer breaks silence, says, 'Will consider someone good...'

Tennis sensation Sania Mirza remained in the headlines for quite a long time since her divorce buzz with Pakistani Cricketer Shoaib Malik. The circulating rumours were put to rest after Malik married actress Sana Javed in January. However, soon after that rumours surfaced that Sania will be marrying Indian cricketer Mohammed Shami, who has also separated from his wife Hasin Jahan. Well, the Tennis star's father Imran Mirza rubbished the rumours and clarified that his daughter had never even met the Indian cricketer. Now, after around a month, Shami broke his silence about the circulating rumours.

Notably, along with the rumours of Sania Mirza and Mohammed Shami's marriage, a morphed image of the duo was doing rounds on social media. In the morphed picture, Sania was seen in her bridal getup while Shami was seen in his groom avatar. However, it was evident that the picture was photoshopped and photos of the sportpersons were from their respective marriages. However, several netizens trolled the duo. Even the rumours fuelled after Sania and Shami shared their thoughts on marriage, coincidentally, at the same time.

Breaking his long-time silence on the issue, finally, Shami asked people on social media to be responsible.

During a recent interview with Shubhankar Mishra, the cricketer was asked if he thinks that it is weird when he sees people circulating the morphed image on social media and believing the fake reports of his marriage with Sania.

Responding to this, Shami said that definitely it feels weird as he comes across these images whenever he opens his mobile.

Further, he requested the memers to know their responsibilities and not create fake pictures and spread false information on social media, especially when it is related to someone's life.

Further, he also slammed them by saying that anybody can do such things and spread false information with fabricated pictures from hiding behind unverified pages. Moreover, he also challenged them to dare to do such things from verified pages and then he will take appropriate action. 

Furthermore, he added that it is easy to pull someone's leg but he will consider someone good enough if they raise their level and get successful and help others in making their life better.
