Amid divorce rumours with Dhanashree Verma, Yuzi Chahal spotted with 'mystery girl'?

Indian cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal and Dentist Dhanashree Verma are in the headlines following their divorce rumours. While Dhanashree and Yuzi unfollowed each other on Instagram a couple of days ago, the dentist and choreographer continues to follow cricketer Shreyas Iyer, sparking rumours of a possible relationship between them. Amid all these speculations, a recent report suggests that Yuzi was spotted with a mystery girl in a Mumbai hotel.

In the viral video shared by The New Indian, Yuzi is seen dressed in a casual white oversized t-shirt paired with baggy light blue jeans. Meanwhile, the 'mystery girl' is seen sporting a dark green oversized sweatshirt.

While the identity of the girl couldn't be traced in the video, the entertainment portal claims that the Indian leg spinner was seen hiding his face while he was papped with the girl outside the hotel.

Notably, the speculations regarding Yuzi and Dhanashree's divorce initially surfaced in 2023. The speculations were fuelled after Dhanashree dropped 'Chahal' from her name on Instagram. Even the cricketer shared a cryptic message on Instagram story reading, "New Life Loading."

A couple of days back, the duo unfollowed each other and reports also suggest that they have deleted pictures of their engagement and marriage. This has further intensified the buzz that the duo is heading for divorce. However, despite the ongoing speculations, none of the duo has officially confirmed it.

Moreover, an old video of the cricketer has resurfaced in which he appears to be drunk. In the video that seems to be from last year Yuzi can be seen struggling to walk straight and he helped by a supposed friend. Reportedly, the video was shot after Yuzi walked out of Rohit Sharma's birthday party in 2023.

For the unversed, Indian cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal and Mumbai-based dentist and choreographer Dhanashree Verma's love story began in 2020 when Yuzi signed up for Dhanashree’s YouTube dance classes. As they spent time together, a strong bond formed between the cricketer and the choreographer, leading to their engagement. The same year they tied the knot in a beautiful ceremony in Gurugram in December 2020.
