The 17th edition of Indian Premier League (IPL) has been going on in full swing. Every evening, cricket fans are glued to their television screens while others pay in thousands to watch the match in a stadium.
Recently, a woman who is a die-hard Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) fan, bunked her office to watch her favourite cricketers play. Unfortunately, she was caught by her boss. The ‘Moye Moye’ moment of the woman has left social media in splits.
While she had lied that she was bunking office due to a ‘family emergency’, she was caught among the audience by the cameraperson. She shared how her boss saw her on TV and pulled her leg.
“Are you a RCB fan? You must be disappointed yesterday then, I saw you with a very worried expression when they missed a catch while fielding yesterday. Over 16.3 when the keeper missed a catch,” the boss texted her.
He added, “I saw you only for a second and yet recognized you. So, that was the reason for the early log out yesterday.”
Sharing a screenshot of the messages from her boss, the woman wrote, “Ab Manager ke saath quick call hai guys.”
Her funny story has caught the attention of internet with hilarious response from other social media users that has left everyone in splits.
“Ye sab hone ke baad, Aap Boss se - Mujhko Raana ji maaf karna ghalti mahaare se ho gayi 😂😂,” commented a fan.
Another fan wrote, “So glad you are still a RCB fan despite their current run 🙌, and u have a nice manager too, give my regards to him 😀”
