Patna: The CPI on Wednesday said the appointment of a high-level Special Investigation Team by the Supreme Court was a "slap" on the face of the Centre and that the UPA lacked will to unearth black money stashed away abroad.

Accusing the Centre of dithering in disclosing names of people who had kept black money abroad, CPI National General Secretary A B Bardhan told reporters here that the apex court`s appointment of SIT "was a slap on the face of the Centre for its inaction to deal with the black money issue."
