It is no resting time for the BJP as it is going all guns blazing at the BJD with an objective to come to power for the first time in Odisha. Be it Prime Minister Narendra Modi or other central leaders, all of them are making frequent visits to the state to capitalise on the current situation which the saffron brigade claims to be due to the ruling party’s misgoverance.

All eyes will now be on Union Home Minister Amit Shah who is all set to hold a massive roadshow in Cuttack on May 15, 2024. This will be BJP’s second mega roadshow in Odisha. Earlier on May 10, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had conducted a roadshow in Bhubaneswar ahead of the first phase polls in the state.

Cuttack Nagar BJP president on Tuesday informed that the Union Home Minister is scheduled to hold a massive roadshow in Cuttack tomorrow.

The roadshow, which will begin from Gopabandhu park, will cover several important junctions in Cuttack including Buxi Bazar, Tinikonia Bagicha, Dargha Bazar, Choudhry Bazar, Naya Sarak, Balu Bazar, Chandni Chouwk and Mohammadia Bazar and culminate at Chandi Mandir chhak.

Senior BJP leaders of the city informed that the roadshow is schedule to start at 4 PM. Apart from Amit Shah, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is also scheduled to visit Odisha again on May 20. This will be PM Modi’s third visit to the state within a span of two weeks.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to hold a massive roadshow in Puri first and later address two public meetings in Cuttack and Angul.
