With only days left for the crucial Lok Sabha and Assembly elections in Odisha, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is not leaving any stone unturned to make rapid inroads as the party is keen to come to power in the state.

As part of its strategy, several top leaders are scheduled to visit Odisha to strengthen the party’s prospects and infuse new spirit among the workers.

BJP National President JP Nadda is scheduled to visit Odisha on May 5, 2024. He is scheduled to meet party leaders in Bhubaneswar, informed State BJP vice-president Golak Mohapatra on Friday.

Nadda is also scheduled to visit Cuttack and share key instructions with party workers and leaders regarding the strategy of the party in the coming elections in Odisha, said Mohapatra.

Prior to Nadda’s visit, Minister of External Affairs S Jaishankar will be visiting Odisha on a two-day tour on May 4, informed the BJP leader. S Jaishankar is scheduled to meet intellectuals and editors of various media houses tomorrow in Bhubaneswar. Similar events are also planned to be held in Cuttack the next day, he said.

Meanwhile, several key leaders of the BJP will be visiting different parts of Odisha and addressing public meetings and road shows as well, Mohapatra added.
