BJP names presidents for 13 organisational districts in Odisha

The state unit of the BJP on Sunday announced the names of newly elected presidents of 13 organisational districts in Odisha.

The new presidents are Niranjan Mishra from Bhubaneswar, Jajati Keshari Patnaik from Angul, Bhagaban Panda from Bhadrak, Nabakishore Shabar from Gajapati, Debjani Pradhan from Jajpur, Raghunandan Panda from Jharsuguda, Pandit Kumar Bismajhi from Kandhamal, Biswaranjan Badjena from Khordha, Shiba Muduli from Koraput, Tapas Ranjan Martha from Nayagarh, Gopi Anand from Rayagada, Benudhar Dash from Subarnpur and Purnima Kerketa from Rourkela.

Earlier in January 25, the saffron party had announced names of newly elected presidents of 23 out of 37 organisational districts. Name of Sambalpur district president has not been announced yet.

The BJP will elect the state party president soon, which is likely by the end of this month.

As per the party constitution, organisational election of the BJP is held every three years.
