Utkarsh Odisha Conclave: Key highlights of PM Narendra Modi’s inaugural address 

India is rapidly progressing towards becoming the world's third-largest economy and the milestone of a five trillion-dollar economy is not far away, said Prime Minister Narendra Modi while inaugurating the mega Utkarsh Odisha Conclave in Bhubaneswar on Tuesday.

Over the past decade, India's strength in manufacturing has become evident. The expansion of India's economy rests on two major pillars: the innovative service sector and quality products, said PM Modi.

Noting that the 21st century is an era of connected infrastructure and multi-modal connectivity for India, PM Modi said highlighting the scale and speed at which specialized infrastructure is being developed in India is making the country an excellent investment destination.

According to PM Modi, dedicated freight corridors are connecting the east and west coastlines, providing faster access to the sea for previously land-locked regions.
