Toy train halts at Nandankanan Zoological Park in Bhubaneswar
The toy train at the Nandankanan Zoological Park in Bhubaneswar was halted due to some technical glitch on Sunday.
Fortunately, all the passengers remained safe, and the situation was swiftly managed by the park officials.
As per reports, the toy train carrying as many as 37 passengers was on the last trip of the day when the wire connecting the bogies broke down. The park officials were prompt enough in their action to rescue all the passengers. All 37 passengers were carried to the station point in other vehicles.
According to the Deputy Director of Nandankanan Zoological Park, the repair work of the train is being done on a war footing by the agency that has been entrusted with the maintenance work.

An examination will also be conducted to find out whether the train is in proper condition to run on the track or not.
Nandankanan Zoological Park will remain closed on Monday. The authorities will soon announce whether the toy train will run on track from Tuesday or not.
