In good news for Subhadra Yojana applicants, Odisha Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida on Saturday announced that the third phase of the first instalment of the ambitious scheme will be credited on November 24.
Over 20 lakh women are expected to receive their money in the third phase on November 24 which will be launched in Sundargarh. Meanwhile, the Deputy CM revealed that at least the application of 2.67 lakh applicants had been rejected due to various reasons and advised them to make the required corrections in their documents needed for enrolment under Subhadra.
Speaking to media persons at Biju Patnaik International Airport after arriving from London, the Deputy CM advised the rejected applicants to verify any mistakes in their Aadhaar cards and Bank accounts to get their money in the third phase.
“Due to various reasons, the applications of around 2.67L women have been rejected. The rejected list has been sent to block offices through the District Collectors. So, I request the rejected applicants to make necessary corrections in their Aadhaar cards and bank accounts to avail their share of money in the third phase,” the Deputy CM stated.
The Deputy CM further advised the applicants not to panic and ensured that everyone would be included in the fourth phase which will be credited by the end of this year in December.
“Even if there is a delay in the corrections of Aadhaar card and bank accounts, the applicants will be included in the fourth phase. Our government is committed to including every eligible beneficiary. Not a single eligible applicant will be left out of the scheme,” the deputy CM assured.
