SUBHADRA Yojana form submission at Jana Seva Kendra
There seems to be a rush among people to get themselves enrolled under the Odisha government’s ambitious Subhadra Yojana. As per the Odisha government’s announcement, the physical submission of Subhadra Yojana forms will start on September 4 (tomorrow).
Any eligible applicant first needs to collect forms from their nearest Aanganwadi center of Jana Seva Kendra and fill up their personal data.

Dilip Das, a senior official of Jana Seva Kendra headquarters in Bhubaneswar informed that already the state government has made available the forms at Aanganwadi centres and Jana Seva Kendras. After filling up the forms, the applicants can submit them at the nearest Jana Seva Kendra.
The officials will then register using the Aaadhar number and upload the forms on the newly launched Subhadra portal and a receipt will be given to the applicant.

Odisha head of CSE, Madan Mohan Rout said, “There are around 35,000 Jana Seva Kendras across the state. As the state government has entrusted us for authentication of biometrics and e-kyc, we have taken all possible steps for smooth collection of the forms from tomorrow.”
Rout further said that as no deadline has been announced by the Odisha government, people should seek a convenient time to fill the form and submit it. "Aadhaar authentication can be done through mobile phones, face recognition and biometrics. There is no need to update Aadhaar if any one process is successful in authentication," Rout said.
