OTV receives Odisha Best Employer Brand Award 2023

Odisha Television Network, the largest media organisation in the State, received the Best Employer Brand Award 2023 on Thursday. The award was given away at a programme held in Bhubaneswar.

Odisha Information and Public Relations Minister, Pradeep Amat, who was the chief guest at the event, handed over the award to OTV’s Human Resources Department Head, Abha Walia.

Speaking about the award, Abha said, “The Best Employer Award is a prestigious award for any organisation. This makes an organisation feel confident, proud, and respected. This also means that the organisation is a safe place for the employees which everybody is acknowledging.”

Dr. RL Bhatia, the Founder of the Odisha Leadership Award said, “There are many people who are doing a lot of things for the development of the society. Sadly, they are not recognised by anyone. The purpose of this award is to motivate those people and encourage them to do more for the society.”
