Odisha Television Limited’s (OTV) annual convention ‘Foresight 2023--Changing Times Changing Minds kicked off to a spectacular start with several prominent personalities attending the grand event in Bhubaneswar on Saturday.

In her welcome address, Jagi Mangat Panda, the Managing Director & Co- Founder of Odisha Television Network, said that OTV Foresight has been one of the major platforms to highlight and discuss several key issues pertaining to the society and the country.

“OTV has undergone lot of changes in the last 25 years. But one thing that has not changed and it is the love of people. OTV is on a mission to present news in an unbiased manner. It is due to the love of the people, OTV has maintained the Number 1 position. It is a matter of proud, but we had to face a lot of struggle,” said Panda.

Panda also congratulated OTV reporters who are playing crucial role in ensuring that any news reaches people at a lightning pace, and without any biasness.

“OTV Foresight has become a popular platform not only in Odisha but outside also in the last 13 years. The credit goes to the speakers who have participated in the event. This year’s Foresight is also not different and we have a number of speakers who will share key views on various issues,” Panda added.

Noted director of movies like 'The Tashkent Files' and 'The Kashmir Files', Vivek Agnihotri and his wife and actress Pallavi Joshi will join the 13th edition of OTV Foresight later in the day. Both Agnihotri and Joshi will share thoughts on the topic, ‘Choosing subjects by filmmakers without worrying backlash’ at the Foresight 2023.

Managing Director, Zuventus Health Care Ltd, Prakash Guha will speak on ‘How Pharma Companies are curtailing the Growth of Fake drugs’ in the business session of the OTV ‘Foresight’ 2023 during the event today.
