Odisha woman dies minutes after hubby’s death 

In a shocking incident, a woman allegedly died of shock just half an hour after losing her husband. The tragic incident was reported from Balimela in Malkangiri district on Saturday.  

As per reports, deceased Hari Kuldip was a resident of ward-12 in Balimela NAC. He used to eke out his living as a daily wager. This morning, Hari reportedly died after a cardiac arrest, leaving his wife Kamala and three children to fend for themselves. His wife Kamala was in deep mental agony and wailing uncontrollably. While wailing near the body of her husband, she fainted. 

Her family members rushed her to the Balimela community health centre, but she was pronounced dead on arrival. A pall of gloom descended on the area and locals suspect that Kamala was unable to bear the shock of her husband's demise and died.

A neighbour of the deceased lamented that Kamala and his husband were happy along with their three children even though they were struggling to make both ends meet. Kamala was unable to tolerate the sudden demise of her husband, she rued.  

Local people took the bodies of the couple in a procession and consigned them to flames together.
