Given the prevalent high temperatures (heat wave conditions), the evaluation process will be conducted in two shifts: the morning session from 7.30 AM to 12.30 PM, and afternoon session from 1.30 PM to 6.30 PM.
Guidelines for examiners
A total of 16,000 examiners will be involved in this extensive operation. They are instructed to assess 20 answer papers of 50 marks each and 30 answer papers of 80 marks, in a day. The results for all streams, including Arts, Commerce, Science, Vocational Education, and Correspondence Courses, are anticipated to be announced by May 15.
Practical marks have already been submitted in advance.
Candidates who are suspected of malpractice are provided the opportunity to present their grievances before the council.
This year, the results for 393,616 candidates are expected to be released simultaneously.
When contacted, Controller of Examinations Prasant Kumar Parida said, “The answer papers will be checked in two phases; the first phase between April 2 and April 14 and the second phase between April 16 and April 28.”
“Around 16,000 examiners, those who have teaching experience of more than two years, will check the answer papers,” the Controller of Examinations said to OTV.
