CM Mohan Majhi
While there is quite some chatter regarding the expansion of the Odisha cabinet, Chief Minister Mohan Majhi has asked his ministers to submit detailed performance reports. As per sources, the ministers have been directed to submit the reports in a specified format after the CM returned from Delhi.
Each minister is expected to prepare and submit their department's performance report to the Chief Minister based on around 10 specific points.
According to sources, OTV has accessed the official format that has been circulated from the Chief Secretary’s office to all departments. Ministers have been instructed to present departmental achievements up to the month of May, along with their respective roadmaps for the upcoming months.
The report format also requires ministers to mention the number of districts they have toured and reviewed, administrative decisions taken, and challenges faced in implementation. It will also include how many public grievances have been heard and resolved.
A special focus will be on the ministers’ activity on social media platforms such as Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), and Instagram. They must provide details on the number of posts made, as well as how frequently they have shared posts made by the Prime Minister and the Chief Minister.
