“To all those whose voices are unheard, their voices will be heard by Congress. So, we announced that we will start a Women’s Grievance Redressal Cell. No victim should feel helpless, so the Mahila Congress Committee will extend a helping hand,” informed OPCC President Bhakta Das.

“The Congress party is committed to fighting for justice for every woman. Our team will personally reach out to the victims, ensure their grievances are heard, and put pressure on the administration and police for swift action,” said Bhakta Das during the inauguration.

On the other hand, Minakshi Bahinipati added that Nari Nyay is a people-centric initiative designed to empower women through direct intervention and legal support.

The Congress' move comes amid rising concerns over women's safety and aims to create an accessible platform for redressal, independent of government mechanisms.
