Reflecting on recent personal challenges, the noted Jatra actor remarked, “The times have tarnished my reputation, and the media has framed things monetarily.”

Citing health and family commitments, he announced his decision to remain at home for a year and only engage in Odia film projects should they present themselves. He added, “I will not participate in any theatre performances this year.”

“A controversy that had previously erupted relating to financial matters came to an end today. The silly matter had blown large following debates and discussions, and at a time, the matter appeared to be ‘unresolving’,” actor Piyush Tripathy said to mediapersons.
