Call for continued investigation:

Vinaytosh Mishra, Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) of the Crime Branch, has confirmed that the investigation into the assassination of Naba Das continues to remain active. The renewed probe follows a previous plea by Dipali, who had urged the state government to transfer the investigation into the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).

Previously, Dipali Das had urged the state government to hand over the matter to CBI for a thorough probe. Dipali intended to formalise her request in writing after consulting with her family.

The high-profile case has garnered significant public interest and raised questions regarding judicial processes in high-profile murder cases.
